This 1-15 September, CHAR Restaurant presents a seasonal three-course menu featuring wild mushrooms. Feast on rich and earthy flavours as our culinary team offer appetising dishes to satisfy your palate.

Seasonal Menu
•    Cream of Morel Soup: Fresh morels braised in chicken velouté and blended with a dash of crème fraîche
•    Duck Jules Paulin: Roasted duck breast basted in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, served with mushrooms, parmesan and a puree of white beans
•    Key Lime Tart: Frozen lime curd, pineapple sorbet, toasted meringue and cinnamon
